7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account will be considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ozi365 will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy policy. A dormancy administration fee may be applied to inactive accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. Any remaining balance after fee deductions will be returned to the player upon verified request.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ozi365 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, text, logos, icons, game interfaces, software, and code — is the exclusive property of ozi365 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
